New customers must first sign up for a support account by submitting a new ticket via the support icon at the lower right of our website or at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
- Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
- Submit a new ticket
- Copy the template hereunder - Paste it into the ticket
- Add subject "Domain modification"
- Edit all the entries as needed
- Leave unwanted entries blank
- Only two DNS servers on the template
- Send the ticket
- Instructions will be forwarded via the ticket
N.B. If you modify both admin/billing contact, then the modification is considered as a change of delegation. Read our Terms and conditions.
