For domain registration :

 

New customers must first sign up for a support account by submitting a new ticket via the support icon at the lower right of our website or at https://niccongo.zendesk.com

 

  1. Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
  2. Submit a new ticket
  3. Copy the template hereunder - Paste it directly into the ticket (no appended files)
  4. Add subject "Domain registration"
  5. Edit all the entries as needed
  6. Only two DNS servers on the template
  7. Send the ticket
  8. Instructions will be forwarded via the ticket
