For domain registration :

 

New customers must first sign up for a support account by submitting a new ticket via the support icon at the lower right of our website or at https://niccongo.zendesk.com

 

  1. Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
  2. Submit a new ticket
  3. Copy the template hereunder - Paste it directly into the ticket (no appended files)
  4. Add subject "Domain registration"
  5. Domain must end by .cg  com.cg  or co.cg
  6. Edit all the entries as needed - Provide true and verifiable information ! 
  7. Up to 10 DNS servers on the template
  8. IPv4 and IPv6 are accepted in case of glue record
  9. Send the ticket
  10. Instructions will be forwarded via the ticket
